Office Administrator – (posted 5/07/08)

The NTC Foundation - which is overseeing the development of the Civic, Arts, and Cultural District at the former Naval Training Center in Point Loma – has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Administrator with minimum 5 years office management experience. 

Under general supervision, the Office Administrator plans, organizes and manages the administrative activities of the organization and is the day-to-day administrative and operational liaison with departments.  

Primary responsibilities include creating, implementing and overseeing general office systems and operations; creating and maintaining financial, leasing, operations and fund raising files; setting up meetings and taking meeting minutes; providing support for event planning; registration and execution; overseeing office equipment contracts and service; and providing general administrative and secretarial support to staff, consultants and the board.   Proficient computer and database management skills required.
