What is NTC Promenade?
NTC Promenade, located at the former Naval Training Center in Point Loma, is San Diego’s flagship destination for arts, culture, science and technology. With 28 acres of beautifully renovated Spanish Revival architecture, NTC Promenade is a new landmark showcasing San Diego’s creative community, and offering state-of-the-art venues for indoor or outdoor events, parties, seminars, retreats, and meetings.
Who is here?

What is the NTC Foundation?
The NTC Foundation, a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, is charged with the preservation and renovation of 26 historic buildings the former Naval Training Center in the Point Loma area of San Diego, California. The Foundation is responsible for the creation of a civic, arts and cultural center to occupy the
renovated buildings. Strategic planning of the NTC Promenade is guided by insight gained from public meetings, community roundtables and focus groups. Overall responsibility lies with the NTC Foundation's Board of Directors. Read More >>
